Rose Tattoo to rock Summernats 26
19 September 2012
Australia´s finest rock´n´roll outlaws, the mighty Rose Tattoo, have been announced as the headlining act for the Saturday night entertainment at the Street Machine Summernats from 3-6 January, 2013 at Exhibition Park in Canberra.
Known for their legendary 35+ years of shaping the sound of Aussie rock´n´roll, the iconic Rose Tattoo, led by lead singer Angry Anderson, will hit the main stage on Saturday night at Australia’s biggest horsepower party.
"I have very fond memories, or part memories, of performing at the Summernats in the past,” said Angry Anderson.
“I do remember having the greatest of times. Great cars, great music, great chicks and great party times, what more could you ask for? The Tatts will be kicking off thirty seven years as Australia’s authentic rock'n'roll outlaw band, and what better place to do that than at the Summernats. See ya there or be square!"
Rose Tattoo rounds out the music entertainment offering at Summernats 26, alongside the recently announced Hilltop Hoods, who will be performing on the Friday night.
